What you will do

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of high-performance competition engines focusing on reliability and durability.
• Plan, oversee, and analyze engine dyno programs to ensure performance targets are met.
• Analyze engine test and event data to identify trends and recommend engineering improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to engine builders and junior engineers.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including build specifications and development plans.
• Provide trackside engineering support at domestic and international test events and competitions.

Requirements

• BEng or MEng degree in Motorsport Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience within engine development, testing, or high-performance powertrain engineering.
• Strong understanding of internal combustion engines and performance optimization.
• Ability to interpret complex engine data and make evidence-based engineering decisions.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Experience working in professional motorsport or other high-performance engineering environments.
• Knowledge of engine calibration, combustion analysis, or data acquisition systems.
