What you will do

• Perform fault finding and diagnostics on flight-critical actuators returned from service.
• Complete strip and rebuild procedures for actuators using new components.
• Compile survey reports and manage requests for replacement parts.
• Inspect component parts using precision measuring equipment such as micrometres and vernier callipers.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and component maintenance manuals.
• Conduct quality audits and manage the release to service for repaired actuators.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Wolverhampton, GBR.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Proven experience in assembly and testing of mechanical components.
• Ability to work to exceptionally close tolerances.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and interpreting technical documentation.
