Business Analyst / Project Manager (ERP)

What you will do

• Gather and document requirements from the German client.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical tickets.
• Build and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
• Act as a Product Owner, making independent product decisions and critically evaluating input.
• Coordinate the development team and proactively resolve blockers.
• Foster a productive and positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a BA, PM, or PO.
• Proven track record on technically complex, large-scale projects.
• Fluent German (B2+) for daily direct communication with the client.
• English proficiency B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above.
• Solid experience in requirements gathering and backlog prioritization.
• Experience in finance, insurance, or lending domains is a strong plus.
