What you will do

• Define and agree business requirements with impacted stakeholders.
• Document processes, requirements, and supporting solution documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, solution discussions, and stakeholder conversations.
• Support business case development and data-led decision-making.
• Track requirements through build, test, implementation, and benefits realisation.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet agreed criteria.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis skills.
• Good knowledge of change delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting change through build, test, and implementation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence decisions with evidence.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Hove, UK.

Nice to have

• Business analysis qualifications such as BCS, IIBA, CCBA, CBAP, or Six Sigma.
• Understanding of customer-focused digital journeys and accessible design principles.
