What you will do

• Provide technical support and product consultancy for sales teams and distributors within the Spine and Neurosurgery domain.
• Develop strategic marketing plans, market development strategies, and pricing models.
• Organize and conduct product training for sales teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Prepare sales and marketing materials, including clinical papers, to support field staff.
• Analyze market information and competitor activities to derive actionable response plans.
• Manage inventory and drive product forecasting in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales or product management.
• Medical background is highly preferred.
• English: Excellent written and spoken command required (C1).
• Proven ability to coordinate and execute projects within a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Experience with cross-geography collaboration is an advantage.
