Location: Onsite in Bradford, UK

What you will do

  • Provide 1st line IT Service Desk support for software, hardware, and business systems across the EMEA region.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users at all business levels via phone, email, Skype, and in person.
  • Log and maintain support calls, coordinating both with internal staff and external suppliers.
  • Diagnose and restore services for desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware using established procedures.
  • Perform user administration tasks within Active Directory and Azure.
  • Manage workload within a shift system operating between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of commercial experience in a 1st line IT service desk role.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Knowledge of VoIP Phone System technology.
  • Experience with AD and Azure user administration.
  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Bradford, GB.

  • Proficiency in a second language (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Italian, or Turkish).
