What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for international customers regarding order inquiries.
• Facilitate smooth order processing, from item search to returns, acting as a link between customers and suppliers.
• Resolve cross-topic issues to ensure the best possible shopping experience for users.
• Contribute to the design and optimization of team processes to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1+) for daily professional communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar customer-oriented role.
• Commercial training is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new IT systems.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for customer needs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
