What you will do
- Plan, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of online and offline marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels.
- Co-create marketing strategies for key markets and customer segments in collaboration with Business Managers.
- Coordinate internal project teams (digital, content, sales) and manage external agencies.
- Manage marketing budgets, control project costs, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor campaign results and optimize activities based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain visual consistency and communication in line with brand identity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically managing campaigns and projects independently.
- Proven experience in running multichannel campaigns (online and offline).
- Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Piwik, and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage budgets and make decisions based on data.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Asana, or Jira.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
