Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid model).

What you will do

  • Lead promotional strategy for Color brands including Rimmel, Max Factor, and Bourjois across Rossmann and e-commerce.
  • Develop annual trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategies and business objectives.
  • Monitor customer P&L performance and sell-out results to identify commercial growth opportunities.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets for assigned customers and ensure alignment between commercial and brand priorities.
  • Provide customer marketing input into new product implementation and launch strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to build actionable, data-driven selling stories.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using AC Nielsen tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and collaborate with commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
