What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise Appian solutions.
• Guide multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams through complex transformation programs, supporting sprint planning and technical estimation.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product managers to balance business objectives with technical excellence.
• Mentor consultants and developers to foster a high-performing engineering culture and develop internal capability.
• Oversee application quality, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipeline management across environments.
• Contribute to the growth of the Appian practice through pre-sales support, technical proposals, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Appian delivery programs within complex consulting environments.
• Expertise in architecting Appian applications using Records, SAIL, Process Models, Sites, and CDTs.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures and managing Connected Systems.
• Proven track record of leading Agile Scrum teams and managing stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
• Experience with deployment workflows, environment strategy, and release governance.
