What you will do

• Proactively adjust daily operating plans based on real-time inputs from drivers, riders, and colleagues.
• Prioritize and resolve live operational issues as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with operations, support, and product optimization teams to improve services.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Leverage operating and troubleshooting expertise to support other business areas, including phone and email support.
