What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise partners, guiding them through implementation and platform adoption.
• Streamline onboarding workflows to reduce implementation timelines and accelerate time-to-value.
• Develop and maintain scalable onboarding playbooks, templates, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and proactive partner support.
• Pioneer in-person engagement touchpoints by visiting enterprise schools during their onboarding period.
• Track key onboarding metrics and gather partner feedback to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Proven experience implementing software solutions for enterprise-level partners in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience navigating integrations, APIs, or troubleshooting implementation issues.
• Proficiency with onboarding tools (e.g., Vitally, Monday.com, Smartsheet) or CRMs like Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to build systems, workflows, and documentation from the ground up.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on structured processes and measurable milestones.

Nice to have

• Exposure to EdTech or fundraising workflows, particularly within Higher Education or K-12 schools.
