What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operational assistance and issues for investment managers and vendors.
• Coordinate and review all client regulatory reporting deliverables and associated reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Client Operations, Legal, and Vendor Management to meet deliverables.
• Develop and improve regulatory reporting processes, procedures, and service offerings.
• Manage direct reports, assist in training, and participate in the performance review process.
• Participate in client pitches, due diligence meetings, and board meetings.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education with a concentration in finance, accounting, mathematics, or related fields.
• 3-7 years of experience in a regulatory reporting role.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CFA.
