What you will do

• Develop API-based ingestion frameworks and event-streaming solutions.
• Build and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines for large-scale processing environments.
• Implement and support emerging AI technologies, including embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, analytics, and AI teams to ensure data is reliable, governed, and scalable.
• Support the operationalization of AI/ML solutions within cloud-based environments.

Requirements

• Strong experience with cloud data platforms and distributed data processing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python development.
• Deep understanding of modern data architecture patterns.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with OCI, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Exposure to MLOps concepts and AI/ML operationalization.
