What you will do

• Manage local IT systems and servers across Windows and MacOS environments.
• Administer local networks, user permissions, and devices including switches, routers, and access points.
• Perform software installations and conduct hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Manage IT inventory, purchasing, deployment, and license compliance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to deliver high-level support to users.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support position.
• Fluency in Polish (C1/C2).
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
• Proficiency in MS Windows administration and the MS Office suite.
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure Intune.
• Strong knowledge of computer networks, TCP/IP, and network device operation.
