What you will do
- Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy across assigned product areas, with a primary focus on the AI surface.
- Design and operate AI-driven agent workflows for continuous competitive monitoring and VOC synthesis.
- Develop and maintain sales and CS enablement assets as living documents that evolve with the product.
- Establish cross-functional signal loops with CX, Sales, Partners, and Support to align positioning with market reality.
- Provide strategic GTM input to the GTM Council to align launch sequencing and narrative.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with end-to-end GTM ownership.
- Genuine AI fluency with demonstrated experience building agents and automated workflows.
- Expertise in positioning and narrative frameworks, such as April Dunford and JTBD.
- Deep domain experience in martech, adtech, or data/analytics.
- Strong strategic instinct for both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) motions.
