What you will do

• Build centralized AI-powered tools and autonomous agentic systems for internal engineering use cases.
• Create and maintain agents, skills, MCP servers, plugins, and multi-step AI workflows across code, documentation, and CI/CD.
• Integrate AI tools with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and internal engineering portals.
• Optimize AI workflows for cost, latency, quality, and reliability using token economy principles.
• Convert successful local solutions into reusable centralized assets for the internal AI marketplace.
• Collaborate directly with engineering teams to translate pain points into practical AI tools.

Requirements

• Practical experience with LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks, RAG, and embeddings.
• Proven track record of designing and building autonomous agentic systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Full-stack software engineering capability with proficiency in TypeScript, Node, Python, and React.
• Experience integrating with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence APIs.
• Deep knowledge of AI coding-agent ecosystems such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Location: Must be based in Israel to support the hybrid work model
