Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel (3 days office / 2 days remote). Must have authorization to work in Israel.

What you will do

• Research and experiment with new LLM technologies to drive innovation in hiring practices.
• Implement LLM research findings into scalable, end-user-facing applications.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess new AI models, parameters, and techniques.
• Use lean methodologies to iterate rapidly based on client feedback.
• Collaborate on software-building decisions to solve complex product challenges.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science/ML.
• 2+ years of experience developing agents and other LLM-based products.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Advanced knowledge of modern LLM practices, including RAG and MCPs.
• Authorization to work in Israel.
• English: Fluent (C1) written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Conversational AI.
• Knowledge of MLOps and software architecture design.
• Experience working in cloud-based environments with CI/CD flows.
