TL;DR
LLM Engineer (Python/Conversational AI): Developing scalable LLM-based hiring agents and end-user applications for global clients with an accent on LLM research, agent development, and evaluation frameworks. Focus on integrating new AI models and techniques, iterating from client feedback, and making efficient software-building decisions for hiring products.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work with three days in the office and two days at home

What you will do
- Research and experiment with LLM technologies for innovative hiring agents.
- Apply LLM research findings to scalable, client-facing applications.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks for AI models, parameters, and techniques.
- Iterate quickly using client feedback and lean development methods.
- Analyze product challenges and make efficient software-building decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning.
- 2+ years of experience developing agents and LLM-based products.
- Proven Python development experience and experience with LLM evaluations.
- Advanced knowledge of modern LLM practices, including RAG and MCPs.
- Experience with modern AI development tools such as Cursor or Copilot.
- Fluent written and verbal English and authorization to work in Israel.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; an M.Sc. is an advantage.
- Experience with Conversational AI, data science, MLOps, or software architecture design.
- Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD flows.
