What you will do

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end LLM-powered tools and agentic systems for internal R&D use.
• Develop and maintain shared AI infrastructure, frameworks, and reusable components to accelerate AI adoption.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities in developer workflows and product engineering.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation mechanisms, and monitoring to track performance, hallucinations, and drift.
• Continuously evaluate and pilot new AI models and technologies to enhance engineering practices.
• Ensure AI solutions meet strict security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering production-quality code.
• Strong experience in GenAI development, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and building agentic AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, with the ability to work in Java and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with APIs, databases, and cloud environments (preferably AWS).
• Must be based in or able to work from Tel Aviv, Israel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
• Experience building developer-facing tooling adopted across a large engineering organization.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, security, and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with the networking, security, or SASE domain.
