The Principal UX Manager, AI Experience Design leads a team of UX professionals focused on creating innovative, AI-powered customer experiences across 's digital ecosystem.

This role combines UX leadership, product strategy, concept development, and rapid prototyping to transform ideas into validated solutions that drive customer and business value.

• Lead the vision, strategy, and design of next-generation AI-powered customer experiences.
• Drive AI-assisted concept generation, product ideation, journey innovation, and future-state experience design.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to identify opportunities that create customer and business value.
• Translate ambiguous opportunities into compelling concepts, prototypes, and strategic product recommendations.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and evolving customer expectations.
• Drive the use of AI-powered prototyping tools to rapidly create concepts, conversational experiences, simulations, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Lead rapid experimentation, proof-of-concept development, and experience validation efforts.
• Leverage AI to generate user flows, content variations, service scenarios, and intelligent interactions for testing and evaluation.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to accelerate innovation from idea to implementation while maintaining usability, accessibility, and design excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of UX professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, curiosity, and continuous learning.
• Establish best practices for AI-enabled design workflows, experience strategy, and customer-centered design.
• Influence executive stakeholders through strong storytelling, vision-setting, and strategic thinking.
• Drive alignment across UX, Product, Engineering, Research, and Design System teams.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered experiences, conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent assistants, or generative AI applications.
• Utilize Figma and emerging AI-powered design capabilities to accelerate ideation, high-fidelity prototyping, workflow efficiency, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working within innovative technology organizations such as Meta, Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Amazon, Anthropic, or similar environments.
• Thinks like both a designer and product strategist, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Exceptional at concepting, storytelling, prototyping, and transforming ideas into actionable product strategies.
• Experienced in leveraging AI-powered design, prototyping, and application development tools.
• Comfortable moving from vision and strategy through prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Passionate about experimentation, innovation, and shaping the future of digital experiences through AI.
