What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services using Go across various teams including CRM and Customer Care.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve existing services and investigate technical issues.
• Contribute to backend architecture discussions and gradually participate in service design.
• Implement real product features and take increasing ownership of deliverables.
• Automate routine processes and write high-quality tests to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Software Engineering with Golang.
• Commercial or hands-on experience with Go.
• English: B1 or higher for effective communication with an international team.
• Location: Remote within GMT-0 to GMT+5 time zones or ability to work from one of the company hubs.
• Strong understanding of AWS, EKS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis.
• Active interest and usage of AI tools and AI pipeline construction.
