Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Office, hybrid)
Salary: EUR 4,000 – EUR 5,000 (Net)

🎯 Your Role
You’ll be the engineer turning ideas into robust, maintainable, and high-performing services. We value structured problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to simplify complex systems.
🛠 Your Main Tasks
Develop high-performance, testable, and maintainable code in Go.
Design, implement, and improve microservices and distributed systems.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure production quality.
Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and share knowledge with the team.
Integrate with third-party services and data providers.
Refactor existing modules and propose architectural improvements.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in distributed systems.
💻 What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional experience with Go.
Proficiency with Git (5+ years of experience; GitLab is a plus).
Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
Deep familiarity with REST and RPC (e.g., gRPC) protocols.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code backed by unit and integration testing.
Desirable Pluses:
Strong understanding of concurrency and performance optimization.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture.
Experience with observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
