What you will do

• Lead the development of complex features and projects within the Enterprise Solutions Unit.
• Design and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable APIs.
• Establish and enforce coding standards while leading code reviews to ensure codebase quality.
• Design and maintain comprehensive CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Handle critical incidents and perform post-mortem analysis to improve system reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cyprus.
• 5+ years of backend experience (Go, Java, Python, or C#) with at least 2 years of current experience in Go.
• Expert knowledge of Golang, including advanced concepts and performance tuning.
• Deep mastery of distributed systems and design patterns.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL) and database design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery.
