Salary: $190,000 – $280,000 USD (US), $215,000 – $315,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Develop core arguments, analyses, and policy reports to support a pro-innovation regulatory environment.
• Draft high-stakes speeches, executive talking points, and substantive policy reports.
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact policy events, VIP briefings, and roundtables for regulators.
• Translate complex AI technology (RAG, model weights, cloud architecture) into resonant content for government stakeholders.
• Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to arm external PR with messaging architectures.
• Identify and mitigate reputational risks associated with global AI policy proposals and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in public affairs, policy marketing, or government relations within tech or government.
• Proven track record of writing compelling speeches, op-eds, and synthesizing complex technical concepts for high-level audiences.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing policy-focused events and VIP roundtables.
• Deep technical fluency in enterprise AI, generative models, and global regulatory environments (e.g., EU AI Act).
• Ability to seamlessly partner with global affairs, legal, AI research, and sales teams.
• Strong bias for action and intellectual flexibility to manage fast-moving campaigns in an evolving landscape.
