What you will do

• Design and simulate circuits at the transistor level to implement architecture and requirement specifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution and development of custom ASICs to support project and mission goals.
• Optimize hardware designs for performance, power, and cost while evaluating the feasibility of complex algorithms.
• Coordinate with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites to guarantee schedule, cost, and quality.
• Develop and implement qualification plans and drive reliability characterization of integrated circuits.
• Interact with customers to align project schedules with key milestones and deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience with a bachelor's, 3-5 with a master's, or 0-2 with a PhD in ASIC Hardware Engineering.
• Proficiency in integrated circuit design, semiconductors, and general computer architecture.
• Proven ability to manage small technical teams and write detailed design specifications.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
