What you will do

• Design and build highly scalable backend services powering the AI Protection platform.
• Develop administrative tools for enterprise IT and security teams to govern AI usage.
• Create services for collecting, processing, and presenting AI-related audit events.
• Implement policy management capabilities to define and enforce AI governance.
• Build web enforcement mechanisms for AI applications including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and Infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Requirements

• Strong experience building distributed, cloud-native backend systems.
• Excellent software design and system architecture skills.
• Proven track record of developing scalable APIs and microservices.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Dallas/Coppell HQ.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI APIs.
• Regular experimentation with AI tools outside of professional work.
• Deep interest in staying current with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
