TL;DR

Head of Product (iGaming): Orchestrating and optimizing the operational cycle of the product ecosystem across international regions with an accent on delivery, business analysis, and regional governance. Location: Remote. Onboarding will take place on-site in Romania or Armenia. Requires subsequent business trips to Armenia, Romania, and other core regions; ability to collaborate across diverse time zones (Brazil to Armenia).

What you will do

• Manage the daily operational lifecycle of the product across multiple global regions, ensuring unified operational standards.
• Act as the core intermediary between regional business leads and software providers, translating requests into technical requirements.
• Coordinate global product marketing initiatives, including loyalty programs and gamification.
• Oversee the global migration process and drive the integration of A/B testing frameworks.
• Elevate product analytics using internal data platforms to generate deep business insights.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Head of Product, Product Operations Lead, or Deputy CPO.
• Strong practical skills in Product Delivery and Business Analysis.
• Experience managing 3–4 complex, large-scale projects within rigid corporate structures.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian/Russian proficiency is essential.
• Ability to effectively navigate a remote matrix environment and align executive stakeholders.
