TL;DR

Software Developer (Java): Designing and building technology solutions for internal and external clients with an accent on scalable software, performance, and usability. Location: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week in-office in Vilnius, Lithuania)

Salary: 3,500 - 3,900 EUR gross

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid hands-on experience in client-facing software development.
• Strong Java (11+) skills and proficiency in SQL and databases for scalable services.
• Experience with REST APIs, messaging platforms (Kafka, ActiveMQ), and microservices.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools (GitLab, TeamCity), and Linux environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius, Lithuania office.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial industry (banking, accounting, trading, clearing).
• Familiarity with Wildfly/RedHat EAP and Message-Oriented Middleware.
• Experience with JIRA and TeamCity.
