What you will do

• Configure and customize a leading enterprise treasury platform to meet business and operational requirements.
• Develop enhancements using a proprietary object-oriented language based on Java concepts.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and international development teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into platform configurations and custom development.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal systems and external banking partners.
• Troubleshoot application issues, investigate root causes, and support production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Java or object-oriented software development.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and attend on-site onboarding in Vilnius, Lithuania.
• Experience collaborating with international or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial platforms such as ION Treasury, Wallstreet Suite, Murex, Calypso, Kyriba, or Finastra.
• Knowledge of treasury, banking, payments, or financial services.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, or messaging technologies.
