Test Engineer Specialist (Automotive)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute vehicle testing during early product development.
• Test and validate ADAS, active safety, driver support, efficiency, productivity, and connected service functions.
• Prepare test vehicles through ECU software updates and vehicle system configuration.
• Install and maintain vehicle data logging and measurement equipment, then collect and analyze vehicle data.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, fault tracing, and root cause analysis for vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
• Document test procedures and results, support certification and regulatory compliance, and improve testing methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in vehicle testing, validation, or automotive product development.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics, ECU flashing or updates, and automotive communication protocols such as CAN.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience using vehicle data logging and measurement equipment.
