Verification Engineer (Hardware)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute functional verification and validation for custom-engineered hardware products and systems.
• Develop, review, and maintain verification plans, test protocols, procedures, and reports.
• Evaluate test results against design requirements, customer specifications, standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Investigate test failures, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, project, and customer-facing teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests and improve verification methods, test equipment, work instructions, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Biotechnology Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, and product specifications.
• Experience with technical documentation and report writing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in product verification, validation, testing, commissioning, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with custom-engineered equipment, process systems, or industrial products.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulated environments.
• Experience with Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, or commissioning activities.
• Knowledge of verification and validation methodologies in life sciences, biotechnology, medical technology, or process engineering.
