What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and architecture to deliver a high-quality, reliable, and accessible SaaS product.
• Drive technical decisions and documentation to ensure sustainable solutions for future growth.
• Continuously refine development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
• Take ownership of major technical decisions and proactively address system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to maintain technical roadmaps and align project priorities.
• Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, feedback, and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Staff Engineer or Technical Lead with strong leadership skills.
• Extensive experience with Go on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile environment alongside Product and Design leaders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Dresden, Berlin, or Chemnitz.
