Joy_ is building a Universal Purchasing Infrastructure that enables AI to handle the entire e-commerce value chain across any online shop globally.

What you will do

• Own features from discovery to production, partnering with teams to design architectures and ship functionality.
• Build and refine the customer experience for buying and redeeming gift cards.
• Develop the supporting backend infrastructure, including APIs, services, and data models.
• Create B2B self-serve products and embeddable widgets for partner integration.
• Maintain codebase health through shared components, design tokens, and a focus on performance and accessibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building modern full-stack web products.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong product ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a remote async environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• High attention to detail regarding typography, layout, and motion for pixel-perfect UI.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, e-commerce, or loyalty and rewards products.
• Knowledge of Effect-TS, Nuxt.js, or Storybook.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
• German language proficiency.
