What you will do
- Lead technical strategy and architecture to drive long-term sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality, reliable, and accessible SaaS product.
- Influence technical decisions and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Continuously refine development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
- Take ownership of major technical decisions and proactively address system bottlenecks.
- Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews and technical discussions to foster professional growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Staff Engineer or Technical Lead with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience with Go on the backend and React on the frontend.
- Deep knowledge of architecture and design patterns.
- Ability to drive technical direction and evaluate the long-term impact of architectural trade-offs.
- Experience managing architecture projects across multiple development teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
