What you will do

  • Lead technical strategy and architecture to drive long-term sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality, reliable, and accessible SaaS product.
  • Influence technical decisions and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Continuously refine development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
  • Take ownership of major technical decisions and proactively address system bottlenecks.
  • Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews and technical discussions to foster professional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Staff Engineer or Technical Lead with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive experience with Go on the backend and React on the frontend.
  • Deep knowledge of architecture and design patterns.
  • Ability to drive technical direction and evaluate the long-term impact of architectural trade-offs.
  • Experience managing architecture projects across multiple development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
