What you will do

• Lead technical strategy, architecture, and maintain technical roadmaps to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a reliable and accessible SaaS product.
• Drive long-term sustainable technical decisions and document architectural trade-offs.
• Refine development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
• Address system bottlenecks and ensure high product quality through a "You build it, you run it" approach.
• Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews and technical leadership.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Staff Engineer or Technical Lead.
• Extensive professional experience with Go (backend) and React (frontend).
• Deep knowledge of architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to manage complex architecture projects across multiple development teams.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile environment alongside Product and Design leaders.
