What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Build and optimize data solutions using Databricks and modern cloud-based data platforms.
  • Develop and manage data ingestion workflows from databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the entire data lifecycle.
  • Implement best practices in data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2.5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar data-focused role.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in production.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Databricks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, with Azure experience being highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PySpark, or Scala.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CI/CD practices and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
