What you will do
- Produce demand forecasts for voice, email, digital, and offline channels to ensure optimal resource deployment.
- Develop and maintain operational supply and demand planning models to drive targeted business outcomes.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and present findings to senior leadership to articulate drivers of performance.
- Perform scenario modelling and impact assessments to support business transformation and change initiatives.
- Manage recruitment and attrition forecasts based on historical trends and operational needs.
- Optimize shift profiles to align staffing with demand arrival patterns and secure operational SLAs.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business and resource forecasting, from long-range outlooks to intraday staffing.
- Experience in technology, business transformation, or business analysis fields.
- Advanced data analytical skills with the ability to identify underlying trends and root causes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the energy sector.
- Formal certifications in business analysis (e.g., BCS).
- Training in Lean Six Sigma or Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum Master, Product Owner).
