What you will do

• Own and manage end-to-end CRM projects from scoping to deployment.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM platforms to maintain the golden client record.
• Lead lead management and client survey initiatives to identify and drive strategic business improvements.
• Collaborate with data vendors, IT teams, and marketing to align CRM capabilities with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, report project performance to senior leadership, and facilitate stakeholder workshops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, data, and project management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, SAP, or similar Martech platforms.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, client segmentation, and lead scoring.
• Expertise in reporting tools including Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience working with stakeholders within retail environments.
• Compliance knowledge of POPIA and other data governance frameworks.
