ETL Developer (Data Lake): Developing and optimizing ETL flows for a large-scale data platform within Wholesale Banking with an accent on data ingestion, unification, and modeling. Focus on migrating traditional data warehousing to a Big Data platform using Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.

What you will do

• Develop ETL flows in IBM Infosphere DataStage based on functional business requirements.
• Analyze data and design physical models for various pipeline stages, including ingestion and data marts.
• Manage data using Hadoop/Hive and Oracle Exadata while adhering to performance standards.
• Execute end-to-end deployment using Microsoft Azure DevOps for package building and code migration.
• Perform unit, end-to-end, and regression tests to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Maintain Data Lake applications, monitor deliverables via incident management, and fix bugs.

Requirements

• Proven experience with ETL processes and tools, preferably IBM Infosphere DataStage.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Oracle Database (design, optimization, and large-scale analysis).
• Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements (Security, High Availability, Scalability).
• Experience with pair programming.
• English: Advanced (C1) written and spoken skills required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, Kafka, Hadoop/Hive, or GitHub Copilot.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an IT-related field.
