DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Participate in the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, including refinement, sprint planning, and daily Agile ceremonies.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Lead complex developments and provide guidance and support to less experienced developers.
• Manage technical tasks and contribute to the estimation of effort, cost, and workload.
• Qualify new product releases and support release activities, including implementation plans and release notes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on solution design and analyze escalated incidents.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, JPA (Hibernate), and Maven.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, OpenShift, Tomcat, Kafka, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments with a deep understanding of production systems.
• English: Proficiency is required.
• Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
