What you will do

• Provide cost and schedule performance metrics using Earned Value (EVMS) and related processes.
• Support baseline development, including the creation of charge numbers and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Analyze budget performance variances and assist in developing recovery plans.
• Manage the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process and provide financial data for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and QBRs.
• Handle timely invoicing and collection of customer receivables.
• Monitor program-level time-phased plans to support revenue forecasting and 5-year planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of related professional experience.
• Proven expertise in EVMS principles and financial controls for DoD programs.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations including CAS, FAR, and DFARS.
• Familiarity with various contract types such as FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, and T&M.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
