What you will do

  • Manage client relationships as the primary owner within Customer Success for Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar.
  • Develop and lead the Joint Business Plan (JBP) process to align customer objectives and track success metrics.
  • Lead QBO, Client Review, and NPS processes to monitor service delivery, ROI, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Consult on master contract renewals, proposal/RFP building, and the creation of high-impact client presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and manage the end-to-end client onboarding process.
  • Identify and convert incremental sales opportunities by leveraging the full NIQ product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in the CPG industry, sales, category management, or market research.
  • Must be based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
  • Prior experience with NIQ or similar analytics solutions (POS/Panel data) is preferred.
  • Strong consultative skills and a proven track record of managing complex client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree.
