What you will do
- Execute rigorous research processes, including drafting surveys and analyzing quantitative audience segmentation studies.
- Review campaign and business performance data to identify trends and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Leverage social listening tools to monitor conversations and extract actionable strategic insights.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and trend spotting to identify untapped market opportunities.
- Translate raw research and data into clear, highly visual insight decks and trend reports.
- Maintain organized research libraries and support the preparation of high-quality client briefings and workshops.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and genuine comfort working with complex datasets and numbers.
- Ability to generate strategic recommendations (the "so what?") from raw metrics and desk research.
- Fluent written and verbal English proficiency.
- Uncompromising attention to detail and ability to present polished, error-free work.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Lisbon office on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- Experience with research methodologies or platforms such as Brandwatch or GWI.
- Strong interest or background in strategy, communications, media, or the technology industry.
- Previous exposure to a creative, media, or communications agency environment.
