What you will do

• Architect and implement real-time voice solutions for authentication, fraud prevention, and deepfake detection.
• Integrate and optimize SIP, VoIP, telephony hardware/software, and cloud-based voice services for scalability and security.
• Design and maintain robust enterprise and carrier-grade voice infrastructure for high-availability environments.
• Develop strategies to address emerging threats in voice security and implement architectural improvements.
• Use Python, Ansible, and Terraform to enhance system resilience through automation and monitoring.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver seamless voice features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in voice engineering or related fields.
• Deep understanding of SIP, VoIP, PBX, IVR, SBC telephony platforms, and AWS routing.
• Experience architecting and scaling cloud-native voice infrastructures on AWS or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in deploying and automating platforms using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and GitHub.
• Must be based in the United States.
