What you will do

• Maintain 3DEXPERIENCE platform infrastructure on Linux, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Design and execute enterprise-grade backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Configure and customize 3DX tools including CATIA, ENOVIA/3DSpace, and Engineering Release workflows.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, and manage support tickets for the engineering user base.
• Develop automation solutions using MQL, EKL, REST APIs, and custom CATIA macros.
• Collaborate with external vendors like Dassault Systèmes to manage system resolutions and upgrades.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience administering CAD/PLM tools, specifically 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA.
• Strong knowledge of Linux OS, MS SQL databases, Apache Tomcat, and load balancing.
• Proven experience executing 3DEXPERIENCE upgrades and designing disaster recovery strategies.
• Expertise in MQL, EKL, RESTful web services, and writing custom CATIA macros.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying applications within AWS using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Proficiency in Python and React for custom API development.
• Familiarity with BOM management and ECAD tools such as Cadence and Allegro.
• Knowledge of other PLM applications like Arena.
