What you will do

• Design and oversee features for customer admins, focusing on centralized configuration, security, and governance.
• Translate complex technical constraints into clear product requirements for engineering teams.
• Act as the primary interface between core engineering and various product lines across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business unit needs.
• Lead initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality execution and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven ability to build products serving both internal engineering teams and external enterprise administrators.
• Experience managing high-scale distributed systems and understanding core ecosystem impacts.
• Data-driven approach using telemetry and usage metrics for backlog prioritization.
• Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Background in Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Technical Support is a significant plus.
