What you will do
- Design and oversee features for customer admins, focusing on centralized configuration, security, and governance.
- Translate complex technical constraints into clear product requirements for engineering teams.
- Act as the primary interface between core engineering and various product lines across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business unit needs.
- Lead initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality execution and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Proven ability to build products serving both internal engineering teams and external enterprise administrators.
- Experience managing high-scale distributed systems and understanding core ecosystem impacts.
- Data-driven approach using telemetry and usage metrics for backlog prioritization.
- Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Background in Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Technical Support is a significant plus.
