What you will do

• Own and evolve core infrastructure and internal systems, including user states, identity, registration, and payment platforms.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and optimization experiments to improve conversion and retention.
• Define and track key KPIs, converting data into actionable business insights.
• Identify growth opportunities across the user journey and drive strategic initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with R&D, Data, Design, Marketing, and Support to ensure scalable and growth-oriented solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C tech company.
• Strong technical background with the ability to work with engineers on system design and data flows.
• Proven experience owning technical or platform-level product areas (e.g., identity, payments, internal tooling).
• Hands-on experience planning and analyzing product experiments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder alignment.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling complex product or user-state infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools for product discovery and experimentation.
• Background in subscription-based or consumer payment products.
