Finance Applications Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own and administer core finance and corporate applications, with a primary focus on ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of new platforms and enable cross-functional business workflows.
• Design integrations and automations across finance and corporate systems, including AI-driven opportunities.
• Lead strategic initiatives from kickoff through launch, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define product requirements and author detailed product specifications and Epic-level documentation for engineering execution.
• Manage vendors and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Legal, FP&A, and HR Operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with financial and corporate applications.
• Hands-on experience implementing and administering ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, plus ZIP and other corporate applications.
• Experience designing integrations and automations across complex business systems.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including billing, revenues, accounts payable, and collections; CPA experience is advantageous.
• Technical execution skills including building integrations, writing data queries, developing AI agents, and configuring enterprise applications.
• Strong project leadership, communication, prioritization, vendor-management, and stakeholder-partnership skills.
