What you will do

• Create and implement systems that optimize software development and infrastructure management.
• Define and govern enterprise-wide platform standards, engineering best practices, and CI/CD frameworks.
• Own and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) strategy, including Golden Paths and self-service capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and product teams to design resilient application platforms.
• Monitor platform performance, reliability, capacity, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Platform, Cloud, Infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and GitLab in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in designing and operating Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) using tools like Backstage or Crossplane.
• English: Proficiency is a must.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, vulnerability management, and policy-as-code.
• Experience with platform governance, DORA metrics, and developer productivity KPIs.
