IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator (DevOps)

Location: Hybrid, based in Lisbon 2–3 times per week; candidates must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Support solution deployment, release management, and infrastructure automation using the DevOps toolchain.
• Provision and maintain scalable production infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and OpenShift.
• Administer Linux and Windows environments, including access traceability, storage, backup and restore, and performance validation.
• Define and implement service monitoring, supervision plans, and operational indicators aligned with SLA commitments.
• Integrate infrastructure and production requirements into Agile backlogs, contribute to technical user stories, and participate in project ceremonies.
• Identify operational blockers across flows, security, and networks and develop action plans with Application Production Support teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT operations.
• Proficiency with GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and OpenShift.
• Solid Linux and Windows administration skills, including storage, access traceability, backup and restore, and performance checks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working in Agile environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level and availability for a hybrid model in Lisbon 2–3 times per week.
